From the Beginning . . . . .

Apostle Albert W. White is the visionary, founder and President of S.T.A.R.S.  S.T.A.R.S. has been and still is a very important outreach of Abounding Love Ministries (ALM) and the vision of Pastor White. The members of ALM play a vital part in making this project a success by serving as employees and volunteers. The vision of ALM simply put is to build people in all areas of their lives. S.T.A.R.S. is one way that ALM reaches out to the community and builds up its people. S.T.A.R.S. is one way that ALM reaches out to the community and builds up the people.  S.T.A.R.S. program began in October of 2005 and has served 1800 students since its inception. A second site opened in June of 2008 at Sharon Hills Elementary and has served over 500 students since it began. Over the last thriteen years, we have partnered with several organizations that are assisting us in accomplishing our goals. Our main goal is to provide a safe environment and build the lives of young people by motivating them in all areas of academics, enrichment and recreation.
